About me

 

I began my undergraduate psychology degree in 2003. Since then I have completed a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology at Middlesex University in the UK. 

 

I have 15 years clinical experience most of which has been gained in the places below:
 

*Wandsworth Bereavement and Trauma Service

*The Awareness Centre Private Clinic

*MIND in Tower Hamlets & Newham

*Southwark Psychological Therapy Service at Guys & St Thomas's Hospital

*Private Practice in UK and Australia (and as part of Allied Health in GP Practices)

I have worked with a diverse population group presenting difficulties with: depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsiveness, addiction, bereavement, loss, abuse, bullying, trauma, ill-health, pain, conflict in relationships, sexuality, culture, identity and life transitions.

 

I am fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Association (AHPRA) and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I am a Medicare and Return to Work SA Provider. I also see individuals referred from Open Arms Veterans and Families Counselling Service.
